Staehelin in Geneva, before joining the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland, where he successively held the positions of Assistant Federal Prosecutor and, later, acting Federal Prosecutor.<\/p>\n<p>This experience at the heart of criminal prosecution, in particular in complex white-collar crime cases, gave him in-depth knowledge of criminal procedure and the strategic challenges involved in high-impact proceedings. It also forms the basis of his current practice as a lawyer specializing in dispute resolution and criminal defense, especially in the field of white-collar\u00a0crime.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, Charles Navarro has been regularly appointed as a special prosecutor at both federal and cantonal levels and lectures on criminal law at several Swiss universities and institutions of higher education.
